Please keep in mind the following guidelines when playing with an inflatable bumper ball:
1. The playing field should be free of any sharp objects.
2. Do not carry any sharp objects such as keys, mobile phones, glasses, or accessories while playing.
3. Before using the product, ensure that the seal is intact and the handle strap is secure.
4. Children should be supervised by a responsible adult when playing.
5. Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, and weak constitutions are advised not to play.
Regarding shipping:
If you are from Russia, you can place an order by writing your full name. Please note that we will be sending your order through Russian Special Line, and the shipping time will take approximately 10-15 days.
If you are from Brazil, you can place an order by providing your CPF Number or CNPJ number. However, please be aware that shipping costs to Brazil are expensive. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure your clearance capability. If the goods are rejected by customs, we will not provide a refund.
Please note that all goods will be sent via Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT/Aemrex/EMS or other dedicated line. If you require a specific shipping method, please contact us before placing your order.
Some countries have free tax shipping way(DDP), but shipping time is about 35-45 days; if you need it, just contact us to see whether your address can ship this way before you place the order.
We will arrange to ship most orders via express shipping (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, or other special shipping methods) for free, but the buyer will need to pay the tax. Please note that all clients from the European Union should provide their CNPJ number or CPF number, as the shipping company will not accept shipping the goods without it.
If not, contact us to check the shipping way, and we will arrange the shipping way by chance, please note.
If the packaging was broken when the goods arrived, please refuse to sign for the goods and ask the shipping company to provide broken proof to return the goods.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
